"So they actually put some thought into this? ... Okay, this might actually be worth looking forward to."

Some folks around here may have heard of [=DaggerXL=], essentially a port of ''{{Daggerfall}}''. The creator announced that he was going to merge it with some other projects and work on it as a single project, "the XL Engine". Mixed feelings there.
