This always makes for a fun game of ''DungeonsAndDragons'', what with the alignment system. I fondly remember one instance where one player was LawfulGood (thankfully not a Paladin, since that would have ruined things) while another was LawfulEvil... and utterly devoted to the former character. When the LawfulGood character would run into a moral dilemma, the LawfulEvil character would sneak off and "remove" the source of the problem... and if caught in the act, convince the rest of the party that she had no choice at the time. LawfulGood never twigged the true alignment of his most fanatical follower.

This troper has this bit of a relationship with a female friend of his. She's more "Lawful Good" and unwilling to do some more "unethical" things while I'm more "Chaotic Good" so I have no issues with doing certain things for greater good.

This Troper knew a girl. Said girl was a bit... sociopathic. Said troper was getting bullied at school. I tell her, she goes all quiet. Next day at school, she tells me I won't have a problem again. Sure enough, they all left me alone. I remember wondering why they all had black eyes and fat lips.

Sometimes, i suspect this of myself- my best friend is too much of a chivalrous/nice/shy guy to deal with (or even talk to) any girl making fun of him. I'm not.

How I got my best friend? One of my other friends was making fun of me and he came out of the ordeal with a very painful crotch in tow, courtesy of a kindhearted bystander.

This Troper is this to his best friend. Though I always have his best interests at heart, I'm usually more interested in what's good for him (and me!) than what's good for those around us. On more than one occassion he's called me "the devil on his shoulder".

This Troper is a really short girl in contrast to a really tall guy, but even if he doesn't admit it, her soul is much, much darker than his.He's more of a HeroicSociopath; She's a complete {{Yangire}}.

This troper has a tendency to be one with a particular friend. Said friend will rarely stick up for himself, and the troper will often have to do it for him, though he averts being a simple bodyguard because of his short fuse, and tendency towards violent and/or humiliating retribution, and the friend's dislike of such things. The troper is usually fairly quiet and studious, but seeing that ''particular'' friend being fucked with is one of his few berserk buttons

This troper has a poisonous friend who's a little aggressive to people he doesn't like, and especially to people who slight me in any way. Regardless of how small, when he's around; to the point of seeming a little creepy. Most prominent example -- We're walking down the hallway, and a stereotypical JerkJock bumps me to the side roughly. I pass a quick "Yeah, fuck you too." in his direction and am prepared to let it go, rather than deal with a shitstorm of conflict. Cue friend missing from my side as I continue down the hallway. Cut to a few days in the future, and he's currently under a month's suspension for assaulting another student. The friend got out without much injury though, which is nice.
