Having wanted some creative task that doesn't actually require much brain power recently, I've been putting together a series of... sort of karaoke videos for my now-vast library of unrecorded songs. This is a vehicle for starting to put my music on Youtube - something that I had been meaning to do for a while but was hesitant because, well, it's Youtube... but it may net me a few more listeners out of the site's vast audience.

Another reason for including the lyrics is that as I use an instrument to stand in for a voice, I was never sure how well people interpreted the lyrics on to the songs... I've been told by a couple of people that putting them up in this form really helps with that. I've also had a couple of requests for a sung version, but... that's going to have to wait until my sense of self-preservation lowers even further.

And I've recently come to realize that when I talk about my decreasing sense of self-preservation, what I actually mean is my increasing confidence.
