This Troper plays an AlwaysChaoticEvil Drow in her current pen&paper ForgottenRealms group. She is a overzealous follower of the godess Auril the frostmaiden, also an evil deity. Now the rest of the group is unaligned or even good, so treat the darkelf a bit like a CloudCuckoolander, as her ideas and "insights" clearly seem insane to them (but being bound by the GameMaster in the campaign they must work together). They also know OutOfCharacter i steal from them on every opportunity they wont catch me (though they try hard to do so within the MetaGame). But then again i am the most experiecned player, making my high intellect and high wisdom character DangerouslyGenreSavvy at times. Now i am nearly always right then it counts, but they ignore me at this point and follow their own schemes... the impending "i told you so" now is even a RunningGag for the group that the gamemaster will lampshade this on occasion.

Slightly modified offical campaign, so i put it in spoilers: Highlight was the visitation of an elven city, now we have five high houses, to get what we wanted we had to get recommendations of three. got the recommendation for one house pretty easily as we helped them with the nearby unicorn issue, we helped the mages to get an ancient spellbook from the dungeons between the roots of the tree city, and we found the RebelPrince of the ruling house who run away, we had to kill some rebells for the house of fighters and the fifth house send us right away and no chance at all to get a recommendation. Though i told them we should find a way to talk to them, and we should align with the fighters. Finally we get to speak before the high council of the city. how elves in the settings work (and being not so different from darkelves) i openly blamed the council in character for treachery. Not even the gamemaster could keep a straight face and nearly fall from his chair laughing, while he tried to dismiss my words as the elven lord. Now guess what happened... the unicorn people betrayed us straight ahead, also helping the mages to get the book was a showcase of NiceJobBreakingItHero, the elven lord get killed from rebels right away, and the fighter guild started to attack us too, because we are somehow aligned with the rebels. Finally we could save the RebelPrince, kill the mage lord, kill the unicorn people and convince the fighter guild we are on the "good" side here with a [[CriticalHit critical intimidation from our raging barbarian to gain his attention midfight and a also quite good check on the diplomacy check afterwards, and convince the fighter guild that the rebels are actually were betrayed by the unicorn people too. After that fight we had to kill more mages to stop the ancient ritual from that book we got them. We were getting help from the clan that ignored us at the beginning for this last fight,]] because they knew what was going on... as did me.

I like to come up with the most cracked out pairings humanly possible to make my friends laugh and to weird them out just because. The thing is that more often than not, the CrackPairing that I have conjured up ends up being Canon or gets a serious fandom behind it. Do I have powers of canon? Because that would be awesome.
