ThisTroper is female but I hardly ever cry. However, the ending of SpeedGrapher is the only time in my life that I ever cried for joy in front of ANY anime series, let alone any film or even for any RealLife event, no matter how joyful they were. I know it sounds pathetic but actually, I don't care. It felt so good I still bask in this feeling.

Super Bowl XL. My grandfather even made fun. "Why are you crying? Your team won." I didn't care. Years of waiting and the tears of joy saturated my Terrible Towel.

For this troper..it was finally seeing the heartless bastard frieza get his just deserts at the hands of a warrior who could finally;after so long of there being no possible hope of beating him, take him down and free the universe from his tyranny.

This troper got them after her Junior Miss program. I got second runner up, but the sheer volume of people that told me I was amazing did it in for me. The best one was from my show choir director who almost never gives compliments, she said, "Troper, I am so proud to have taught you. You are so amazing to me." You see, I was scared stiff of the stage from my first year in show choir, and to her, she was looking at that awkward seventh grader completely blossom into a true performer. I give all the credit to her.

This Troper cried tears of joy on his birthday, not too long ago. It was an amazing day, all thanks to my closest friends. At the end of that great day, I was giving one of them a big hug, thanking her for being there for me, and I just started crying a few tears of joy. I was truly happy that day.

This combined with being a massive fangirl led to my eyes watering when I saw a concert of a group I love. It was quite embarassing but I'd done a lot of travelling and had been looking forward to it for months and so I was a bit overwhelmed/overwrought/what have you.

The only thing that happens with enough frequency that this troper notices this trope is a well done CrowningMomentOfAwesome. Yes, I shed a few TearsOfJoy when subjected to sufficient awesomeness.
