This Troper went to Tae Kwon Do classes as a kid. A couple years after I'd left, I heard that my instructor had been arrested. It turned out that he had broken into the house of two of his students-- a ten-year-old and eight-year-old girl. He later claimed it was just an attempted burglary, but... he headed straight to their shared bedroom, so maybe there was more sinister intent there. The little girls woke up, and by the time their screams brought their parents into the room, the Tae Kwon Do black belt had been beaten up by the two little girls and knocked out with a lamp.

I was in a Tae Kwon Do class where the tallest guy in class (6"8') was paired up with the smallest girl (5"1') for warm-ups one day. The leader had us try a different exercise on that day. We were required to stand back-to-back with our partner, wrap our arms together, and (one at a time) bend over and do squats with our partner on our back. The tall guy did his without problem. The girl didn't have any difficulty either, to the extreme bewilderment of the guy. Until then, I had not realized that it was possible to pull a FaceFault while horizontal, somewhere between two and four feet off the ground.
