LaconicWiki

Laconinc Wiki is made of win. Let's face it: most articles are TL;DR. I only read the laconic version (if it's available) and then the examples.

Thank God for the laconic wiki. This Troper didn't figure out just what the hell MarySue meant for ages, because it just wasn't explained properly for someone who'd never heard the term before. The ''{{Yu-Gi-Oh The Abridged Series}}'' quote about GaryStu didn't help either, since it wasn't actually an example of a MartyStu at all, but of RememberTheNewGuy.

I like using the laconic wiki for various tropes I can't be bothered to read through the description as well. With one click, I'm able to get a concise definition... most of the time.

I read the Laconic entries so when people ask me what that book/movie/game is about, I don't have to spend fifteen awkward seconds trying to summarize a complex plot (before giving up) for someone who probably isn't honestly interested.
