This troper's favorite accessories are a pair of clip-on cat ears, and will sometimes crossplay to places like the mall or a bookstore if feeling particularly adventurous.

This troper finds that awesome. On that note, my female characters are usually Cosplay girls. Why? Because I can't make up my mind on which theme is the best! :)

I've met several really hot ones. here are a trio. And on the previous of that convention, Sue (Chun Li in the picture) was dressed as Cameron from {{Terminator}}: the Sarah Connor Chronicles. And in a previous convention, she was Poison Ivy. *Dies* Nikita, the policewoman in the middle, has practically made a career out of this, famously as "Sexy Femme Predator". Even her real life outfits consist mostly of midriff-baring shirts and really short shorts.

This Troper is (or was now, what with all of us going to mostly different colleges) the Token Guy is a group of these, playing Living Mannequin to their schemes, being Sengoku and Mori. Still fun, though.

I do enjoy cosplaying, but am uncomfortable in revealing outfits. Being more of a tomboy anyway, I stick to cosplaying {{Bishonen}}, causing my boyfriend plenty of confusion on Halloween and around con season.

I'm starting to turn into this, what with all the {{Touhou}} and {{Elegant Gothic Lolita}} costumes I've found. Still don't mind doing crossplay, however. Sadly, I can't find a good place to do this, simply because of my Catholic parents (I'm a fallen out one.) and the fact that we have no cons. :(

The first female geek this troper ''ever met'' (seriously) is a cosplay fanatic, going so far as to list the characters she'd like to cosplay, most of whom are extremely effeminate men. What's more, she recently got into Lolita, wearing it in public. While this troper admires her for it, it does make it a little awkward to walk around with her, simply because this troper follows the ''male'' {{Otaku}} stereotype and is a RidiculouslyAverageGuy.

I can officially count myself as one also. I've been cosplaying since the beginning of this year, and attending my first con next year :)

This troper enjoys cosplaying at conventions, particularly schoolgirls such as characters from AzumangaDaioh or SayonaraZetsubouSensei. The one reason she can cope with having a baby face is that she can pull off cosplaying characters a couple of years or so younger than her. She also has a ton of anime badges on her shopping bag.

This Troper wears wolf ears, a collar, and a tail ''everywhere,'' including school, partly due to therianthropy-related things and partly due to my furryness. :D I also occasionally cosplay as various characters during conventions.

This troper found the joy of cosplay. My favourite is Raven from TeenTitans, but for Squick issues I'm going to stop doing girl cosplay. I'm pretty short and skinny, not to mention kinda baby-faced, so I can do several crossplay. This year is going to be Rin from TogainuNoChi, and I'm planning go and walk on the streets (even going to the event in bus!) wearing my cosplay, just if I can fool people into thinking that I'm a boy. the same for the next year, with Alois Trancy's cosplay.

This troper loves cosplay, The only character I have ever cosplayed however is Edward Elric...but without blond hair due to the wig being a piece of crap and chucking it as soon as I was done with it on Halloween. The only good thing about this, is that I am actually short enough to resemble Edward so I don't particularly care about not being blond when I do wear the cosplay again, I just pull my hair into a braid to compensate. I also found out, thanks to a friend that I bear an uncanny resemblance to Merrill, save for the fact that I do not have pointed ears. Possible cosplay? I think so, if I ever learn to sew and/or find an already made costume online.

This troper loves to cosplay and regularly wears cat ears/pipe cleaners in her hair to resemble Hetalia-style ahoge to school. This results in many comments like "Why are you wearing a pipe cleaner in your hair?" and suchlike. --- Grab your favorite costume before showing up at CosplayOtakuGirl. ---
