I rather enjoy saying the start of a meme, then making it so what I say has the opposite meaning of the original meme, usually with the characters involved in it being very nice and generous to each other.

Wart treatments! For a set of plantar warts I'd had (and, fuck, still have!!!) for over a year (probably two by now, shit, I haven't kept track...), eventually the doctor I was seeing about it decides to try a laser treatment, says it doesn't hurt much. I figure he means he's going to point a laser at the warts and go "PEW PEW SCIENCE" at them. Turns out he means he's going to stab 'em with a needle to inject a local so he can just hack 'em out. Which, in order, hurts, and then doesn't hurt much. Then he uses a laser or something to cauterize the wound, which I ''do'' feel and which hurts like fuckery. That one sucked.

This troper had one of those treatments done on her once. On the bottom of one of her toes. Limped around with a walking stick for a week. So yeah, it's not as cool as it sounds.

This Troper and his friends have started using the David Caruso meme. A lot. To the point where we'll scream "YYYEEEEAAAAAHHHHHH!!" as an affirmative to anything. The it started getting used a whole lot. And then, someone basically baited me. I simply said, "yeah."

This Troper is an avid WarriorCats fanfic writer. In one of them, Tigerheart drives a motorcycle back to Shadowclan (he was in Thunderclan at the time). Cut to Blackstar and Crowfrost discussing how the shrine to Lucario Shadowclan had just built was indestructable. Cue Tigerheart crashing his motorcycle into the fresh kill pile. Crowfrost then remarks that that was what you would call Bait and Switch.
