While not a directly personal example, this troper feels that cats are an ESPECIALLY good example of this. For one thing, they're able to take bats down in mid-air. Who's with me?

The poor bats.

My little sister. Two and a half years old, with little GirlishPigtails and big brown eyes, but pretty good at standing up for herself against her five year old brother. If he does anything to annoy her, she will scream at him or hit him with her dolls. My other brother was one too, at four years old he was being picked on by our six year old neighbour, and he eventually hit him and made him cry.

Not the usual example, but worth mentioning: This troper's thirteen year-old cousin is an adorable, very sweet and polite girl who happens to be a gothic lolita and acts the part. Once, her family came to visit us for a week. Noticing our piano, she got very excited and asked if she could play. When we said she could, she sat down happily, adjusted her skirt neatly on the bench...and proceeded to belt out Enter Sandman while showing this troper and my family just how epic classic rock on the piano can be.

I think I'm in love!(!)

A friend of mine from high school was this really short girl (only about 5 feet 3 inches) who was quite cute. It was then revealed that she was a brown belt in karate, as well as being well-versed in the arts of wielding sai daggers, a bo staff, and a shotgun. She will kick your ass.

This troper's rabbit counts. Most rabbits, when faced with a threat, will become quite scared and run or freeze in panic. This troper's rabbit, on the other hand, will attack. He's bitten and kicked this troper's cat enough times for the cat to be rather wary of him.

KillerRabbit! Run away, run away!

This troper's painfully adorable Maltese/Yorkie puppy named Junebug is a happy, bouncing, fierce little thing. She's less than a foot tall, but if she doesn't like you, she'll eat your face off if you don't run away first. Just a matter of days ago she chased a vulture out of my backyard birdbath. Not a duck, not a goose, a freaking ''vulture.'' And she was adorable while doing it.

This troper works at a store and has a regular customer who frequently brings her three year old daughter shopping. Said three year old has masses of curly red hair and is loving and playful to every one. For her fourth birthday, she wants a rocket launcher and missiles to kill zombies with.

There is a 5-year old boy in this troper's kenpo jujitsu class. He's three belt levels higher than her, and absolutely ''adorable''. That is all.

I, Prime Evil, once had a pet cockatiel. It was often quite adorable, and when it got angry, it was even more so. But ooh, it could be a vicious little bassad at times.
