I was an equipment manager for one of my high school's sports teams. Also serving in the same capacity were two girls a year ahead of me, Alice and Bobette. When calling out to us at practice one afternoon, the coach shouted, "Alice...Bobette...and the rest..." (It wasn't intended as a slight, or at least I don't think it was. He was just kind of absentminded and honestly couldn't remember my name.)
